I have placed an order, but haven't received an order confirmation

I haven't received any shipping information on my order

Our shipping agent will automatically notify you with your tracking code and updated shipping information. Please check your spam folder to see if the order confirmation can be found there. If you haven't received any shipping information, please contact us at support@di-vsn.com. Respond time 1-2 business days.

 

How do I cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel your order yourself. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@di-vsn.com. If our warehouse has started process your order or it has been shipped before receiving your cancel request, your order might get shipped despite of your request. Then please go to Returns and Refunds.

 

When will I be charged?

We will charge you when your order is packed and ready to be shipped. There can be a delay on the charges and you might first see the charge on your bank account after a few days.

 

Can I pick up my order instead?

I you wish to personally pick up your order at our office, please write us in advance at support@di-vsn.com or let os know in the order note.
